Jason will be taking on the role of experience disruptor.
Jason believes that all people, especially those in moments when they are scared and vulnerable, need a better experience—an authentic, human experience. To do this, he jumps into the deep end of the experience disruption pool, bringing his passion and unparalleled service standards to all those he encounters.
Jason comes to the Nason Group after spending time seeing the best and worst experiences that the world has to offer. He’s been inside a Big Bird costume, taught young adults in the Bronx, traveled with pop stars, and trained hospitality professionals on the Las Vegas strip. Most recently, he brought his hospitality superpowers to the world of health care, serving as director of patient experience in two separate health systems.
To disrupt the paralyzing grip that the status quo has on the health care industry, Jason embodies the Ubuntu spirit in all aspects of his life. The experiences he creates for patients, families, and providers emphasize the togetherness of humanity. When people pay attention to the needs of those involved in the journey, it leads to authentic, people-first health care that prioritizes interactions over transactions.
When not dreaming up ways to revolutionize health care, you can find Jason proudly watching his son, Chase, own the rink in ice hockey. He also takes advantage of any opportunity to get on a golf course, relax with a glass of Oregon wine, or (still) bask in the glory of his beloved Eagles winning Super Bowl LII.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row simple_background_color=”#f5671a”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”102px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
