Navigating Conflict for Good

Virtual | February 7th, 8th, & 10th

Though conflict is inevitable, it doesn't have to be a waste of time. In this experience, we'll use the Conflict Dynamics ProfileĀ® to explore your response to conflict and chart a path for turning the heartache and pain of disagreement into an opportunity for radical relationships and creative problem solving.

Format

Three 90-minute group sessions plus two 30-minute private coaching sessions

Content

During this experience, participants will:

  • Explore the benefits and challenges of constructive and destructive conflict
  • Recognize their responses to precipitating events that can lead to conflict
  • Embrace and cool their identified hot buttons
  • Create an action plan for successfully navigating future conflict
