Though conflict is inevitable, it doesn't have to be a waste of time. In this experience, we'll use the Conflict Dynamics ProfileĀ® to explore your response to conflict and chart a path for turning the heartache and pain of disagreement into an opportunity for radical relationships and creative problem solving.
Format
Three 90-minute group sessions plus two 30-minute private coaching sessions
Content
During this experience, participants will:
- Explore the benefits and challenges of constructive and destructive conflict
- Recognize their responses to precipitating events that can lead to conflict
- Embrace and cool their identified hot buttons
- Create an action plan for successfully navigating future conflict
